Description:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a Global Investment Management Firm looking to bring on a Performance Analyst. This individual will work closely and support members of the Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Implementations, Trading and Trade Settlements teams. This individual will work closely with members of the Portfolio Accounting, Marketing and Legal teams while overseeing responses to client inquires regarding performance with a client satisfaction focus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.

  • 3-5 Years of experience.

  • Experience with portfolio management and performance system.

  • Advanced experience in Excel.

Operations Assistant (063)

Description:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a Global Investment Management Firm looking to bring on an Operations Assistant. This individual will work closely and support members of the Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Implementations, Trading and Data & Performance teams. The ideal candidate will compile daily and weekly reports while providing administrative support to management to allow them to execute different business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Experience with portfolio systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Experience with an automated reconciliation.

Hedge Fund Project Manager (054)

Description:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a Global Investment Management firm in search of a Project Manager. This individual will be managing project pipeline between Operations & Middle Office and Technology. This firm will want them to plan, coordinate and monitor projects from initiation to implementation. This individual will also have the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to define project scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans and deliver project artifacts as needed.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years in a project management role within a financial services firm.
  • Detail oriented; demonstrate thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Knowledge of trading workflows, operations, technology and financial products.
  • Well versed in project management tools and standard methodologies.
