DESCRIPTION:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with an American Investment bank looking to expand their trading desk by bringing on a Trading Assistant. This individual will work directly with the traders to support US Rates trading by capturing and validating these specific trades. The individual will also be responsible for the reconciliation and tie out between the bank’s system and the trading desk.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of trade support and operations experience.

  • Prior experience with rates/products.

  • Ability to manage ongoing trade maintenance while contributing to the improvements to the system infrastructure.

Operations Assistant (063)

Description:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a Global Investment Management Firm looking to bring on an Operations Assistant. This individual will work closely and support members of the Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Implementations, Trading and Data & Performance teams. The ideal candidate will compile daily and weekly reports while providing administrative support to management to allow them to execute different business needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Experience with portfolio systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Experience with an automated reconciliation.
