Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a research and advisory firm that specializes in hedge funds, private credit and opportunistic strategy. This firm is currently looking to expand their Client Operations team by bringing on a Private Markets Analyst. The ideal candidate will assist with middle and back office operations and accountant services on private market funds. This individual will also review monthly closing packages for accuracy, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, and valuation adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of accounting/operations of a fund management or investment bank.

  • Quantitative and analytical skills especially within excel.

  • Independent and critical thinking skills.

  • Positive attitude and a team player.

Portfolio Accountant - Operations

Key Responsibilites:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with a global investment management firm. This firm is looking to expand their Operations team by hiring a Portfolio Accountant to maintain accurate books & records through detailed reconciliation of client portfolios. This individual will also work closely with members of the Portfolio Accounting, Portfolio Implementation, Trading and Trade Settlement teams to provide exceptional client service, reporting & retention.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 Years of experience with a bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with an automated reconciliation system.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically in Excel.

  • Knowledge and understanding of foreign exchange transactions competencies.

Trading Assistant - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics Associates is currently working with an American Investment bank looking to expand their trading desk by bringing on a Trading Assistant. This individual will work directly with the traders to support US Rates trading by capturing and validating these specific trades. The individual will also be responsible for the reconciliation and tie out between the bank’s system and the trading desk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 3+ years of trade support and operations experience.

  • Prior experience with rates/products.

  • Ability to manage ongoing trade maintenance while contributing to the improvements to the system infrastructure.
