Hedge Fund Service Client

Our Hedge Fund that client with an AUM of $60 Billion is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join their Client Service and Trade Execution team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills who can effectively manage client relationships, investor inquiries, and trade execution services. The individual will work closely with sales and relationship management teams to provide top-tier client support while also assisting with expanding the firm's trading platform into new markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address client inquiries, manage document requests, and facilitate investor communications.

  • Complete due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals to ensure accurate representation of the firm.

  • Process investor capital activity, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers for client coverage.

  • Perform monthly trade and account-level reconciliations with fund administrators.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain robust operational controls and streamline investor-related processes, working with cross-functional teams such as Fund Accounting, Legal, and Regulatory Reporting.

  • Identify and introduce new client opportunities for outsourced trade execution and related financial services.

  • Leverage market knowledge to engage with fund managers, traders, and operations teams on trade lifecycle concepts and execution strategies.

  • Assist in expanding the firm's platform into new markets, such as fixed income trading, portfolio management, and risk management services.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in asset management, fund administration, hedge funds, fintech, or electronic trading services.

  • BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.

  • Proficiency with investor relations standards and financial industry trends.

  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle concepts and execution services.

  • Prior experience in fintech sales, prime brokerage, equity sales, capital introduction, or middle office operations preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and acute attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to balance dynamic workloads.
